Thanks so much for blessing me by writing this post! God is so good and works in such intricate, amazing ways! What a blessing that I know Kolya will be to your family but, WOW what an awesome family God has placed in his precious life. I will continue to pray for each of you. Also .... I'm thankful that Matt placed this link on fb ... I didn't know you were blogging again. I a.l.w.a.y.s. enjoy tremendously reading. You have a gift. Hugs to you sweet friend.

...and what a cool addition to your family he will be...you are not in this alone...God, family, extended family, friends etc. are all here for you. We LOVED having you all here over the CHRISTmas break! Come on back when time allows...I think Ed has taken a liking to ol' Koyla as well as the rest of us. Love to you all on this blessed journey!!!

Dayna, I am incredibly thankful that you and Matt have made yourselves available to Kolya. Your family, your love of the Lord, everything that you reflect is what I've prayed for for Kolya. He is a passionate young man! I cannot express to you enough how my prayers have been answered. I will continue to pray for all of you, for strength, wisdom, perseverance, compassion and love. If it helps, all 120 pounds of me have wrestled and cried with him, fought so hard I ached for days after. I know, however, that the fighting is worth it. He, Kolya, is worth it. He will love you just as hard as he fights against you. May God bless you for all that you are doing and have done. The pictures of him bring me joy. I know that he is well taken care of and loved. Well done, faithful servants! Well done.

Wow, I truly love it. As an adoptive mom who had the opportunity to adopt because the chance "came to me", I struggled with those feelings guilt, panic, and certainly peace! Thank you for sharing!
